Remarks
The college is really one of the best ones if you want to pursue a career in arts. The college supports you in its best way to make you move towards your goal. The overall college atmosphere is also very friendly. The only problem is the fee here which is quite high and should be reduced a little bit.
Course Curriculum Overview
This is a two year course comprising of both theories and practicals. Each student is given various projects to complete throughout the course. The courses are very interesting here. There are more practical based subjects than theories.
Placement Experience
The placements need to be improved quite a little. There are good offers but not everyone gets a chance to get a job through placements. In this regard, the faculty is of huge help as they share their contacts so that we find a good job for ourselves.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee is very expensive. Though the facilities provided are quite good, the fee is still very high in comparison. Everybody cannot be capable of affording such high fee. The tuition fee alone for this course is 3.8 lakh rupees per annum and it seems very high.
Campus Life
Sports are very much encouraged in the college. Many number of competitions are held eery year where cultural and sports competitions are conducted. The labs are all fully equipped with modern equipment. The infrastructure of the labs is also very good.
Admission
After graduation, I decided to opt for M.A in Fashion Design Management. I appeared for iMAT ? IIAD Management Aptitude Test. It has two rounds, The first one is the written test and the second part is the personal interview. When you qualify both the rounds, only then one is selected for admission.
Faculty
The faculty is very much experienced, qualified and extremely talented here. Every faculty here has their own unique way of teaching. They make all the topics very interesting and so much fun to learn. They give us a lot of great ideas to perform throughout the course.
