Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus of Alagappa University is very vast, especially for the BCA course. There is a large amount of lab work to be done and lots of practicals. Many different programming languages are covered in the course.
Placement Experience
There is a start up cell/incubation cell in Alagappa University and it is very active and promotes the students very well. The members of the cell provide lots of great advice to the students and they give career advice as well.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The course's fee structure is quite low when compared to computer courses in other colleges. The total fees is Rs. 16300, in which The University fees is Rs. 8300, the course fee is Rs. 5000 and the Learning Center share is Rs. 3000.
Campus Life
The college has several activities and events held throughout the year. The college has a very active NSS cadre as well, and they have several fund raisers, blood donation drives and other events as well.
Admission
Admission for the UG courses is done via offline mode. You can either go to the university for direct admission or go to any one of the approved learning centers. Once there just fill the admission form and submit it along with the application fee.
Faculty
The faculty of the college is very well qualified and most of the professors have qualified for NET/SET. The professors are also quite experienced and they always promote innovative ideas among the students.
