Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum has its focal point on physiotherapy but, it also includes some portions of other courses which can be treated necessary in my course. The examination preparation must be started couple of months before the day. I prepared a month before and I struggled.
Placement Experience
Finding an internship before final year is mandatory. The students of any course must have atleast one internship program. To find one, he can tak help of the placement cell in the university or through his own research. The placement in the final year becomes easier as the students can be taken into high consideration courtesy the many internship opportunities he has in his resume.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees is easily payable. The university is a government Institutions which caters to many sections of society. To be able to give everybody a chance, the fees for my course was low for everybody including the general category.
Campus Life
From cultural competitions to sports events, the university has made sure that all colleges under it have these mandatory facilities to offer to it's students. I had the chance to be able to participate in gymnastics.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni Association is already functioning in the university. This student body often participates in helping out during the cultural festivals. Moreover, some of the alumnis come to conduct guest lectures.
Admission
I was suppose to give a JENPAUH test which is the entrance exam for Haldia Institute of Health Science that comes under the university. The scope of scoring for the general category is high as the examination is relatively easy but, the problem is the limited seat availability.
Faculty
The faculty consists of professors that have done studies till PhD level and have a lot of work experience. Though, they don't pay attention to late submissions and postponing deadline yet, I was delighted to be guided by the professionals.
