Course Curriculum Overview

Our courses are very nice and easily defined which leads to overall development of a student. The course planned is versatile and prepare all around development of a student and make industry ready. It is easy and understandable.

Placement Experience

The placements in our college are quite tough. After the completion of the degree, you need to choose a particular branch to move on. If someone wants to be prepared for the arbitrary government job, then he/she can take competitive tuitions. We can go for civil services.

College Events

This college is famous for sports. I have participated in the college football league for the last two years. I like my college because of the programs held and every year in my college annual sports day is celebrated, in which I participated and won a trophy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees for B.A. Program is ?2070 per semester for three years. The fees are not at all expensive. With the print out of Admission Challan, Admission Fee is to be deposited to Axis Bank Baruipur Branch.

Campus Life

Around 2,000 students study in this college. Arts, science and commerce are the educational departments in the college. Classrooms, libraries, sports and other academic related infrastructure is good.

Admission

You'll get admission online, processed through the college website. Admission to all the programs is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. If there are vacant seats, they are filled through second phase on counselling basis.

The teaching staff has always been very supportive and helpful, they have good knowledge of the subjects. Also they have this attendance criteria to sit in exams which is a pain but it has its own advantages.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

THERE ARE FAR BETTER OPTIONS

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
