Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum for this course is so good. BA (english) is a three year undergraduate course dealing with the nuances of english as a language, both written and spoken. Exams are conducted in this course is average to attempt.

Placement Experience

No, the college does not provide any placement/job opportunities to the students. The students have to struggle to get the jobs and internships for them. Jobs are not so easy to get. After the course the students get the good placements and jobs for them.

Fee Structure And Facilities

This is a three year of undergraduate course. This course includes tuition fee for Rs.1,165 and same for the other two years. Total course fee is for Rs.3,495 which is so affordable. Any student can pay the fee so easily.

Campus Life

The college organises so many events. Students take part in all these activities which they enjoy so much. The events organises by the college are; annual day, Independence day celebration, lab activities and many more.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni are so good and share experiences with the juniors. They are so helpful. They are friendly in nature. They are good in studies as well as extracurricular activities but some students in the alumni are average but their minds are so sharp.

Admission

The candidate should have passed his/her 12th with recognized board and with good marks scored to get admission in this college. The admission is based on merit. it is not easy to get admission in this college.

Faculty

The faculty of our college is so good. They are so hard working. They do every work in a systematic manner. They teach the particular course in a great way. The faculty members are well qualified. They treat the students so calmly without any violence.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
