Remarks
Our college has all the facilities for the benefit of the students. A health unit is there with proper first aid facilities. Book bank facility is also available for students of economically weaker background. Common rooms and cheap stores are also available.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course duration is of 3 years. The syllabus is vast and is divided into 6 semesters. Our 1st semester syllabus was lengthy compared to other semesters. The syllabus covered various novels, dramas and poems written by eminent authors and poets.
Placement Experience
Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company and WIPRO were the main companies who visited our campus every year to recruit students. We had an active placement cell. The career counselling cell also organised various seminars on career programmes.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is neither too low nor too high. Fees has to be paid for every semester. That fees comprises all the charges including tuition fees, library fees, C.U Registration and exam fees. Total transparency is maintained in our college.
Campus Life
Events like National Literacy Day, Women's Day, World's Aids Day were celebrated by the NSS section of the college. Every year Annual Sports is organized by the college authorities. Many educational tours and trips are also arranged by various departments in our college.
Admission
It is difficult to get admission in this college. I filled the application form available on the official website of the college with all the details. Next, I had to appear for an entrance exam. Based on the result of the entrance test, a merit list was published where my name was listed. Thus, I was granted admission.
Faculty
We had 7 professors in our departments. All of them were extremely qualified. They guided us throughout the 3 years. They were strict and serious about academics and attendance. They gave us abundant notes and handouts which helped us to prepare better answers.
