Remarks
I chose this university because it was one of the top university near my place and also in my city Dehradun for my BHM curriculum. Here the syllabus offered is also quite updated with revised contents and topics.
Course Curriculum Overview
It was a four year curriculum and was affiliated to Sri Dev Suman Uttarakhand University, approved by Govt. of Uttarakhand. We are not offered any hons. course or specialization however our syllabus is enough to meet the industrial needs.
Placement Experience
Oberoi hotels, Marriott Suites Pune, Grand Hyatt, Hilton Garden Inn, Taj Usha Kiran Palace, Westin Hotels, Aamby Valley City, DLF Hotels, ITC Hotels are the few hotel industries who visited our campus for placement, we also had to undergo a six month industrial training arranged by the institute to enhance the exposure to the industry.
College Events
The sports club organizes the annual sports meet for recognizing the athletic talent of our students and all facilities and equipments are provided needed for such activities. We participate in both western and domestic music, dance and other forms of art.
Campus Life
Large spacious classrooms with OHP and LCD facilities, Advanced State of the art Kitchens and Bakery, Training Restaurant & Bar for our practical classes, Fully air-conditioned Front office and Housekeeping lab, A well equipped Library with a wide variety of learning Training Aids are available within the campus.
Admission
I appeared for the UKSEE entrance exam conducted by the college itself, the eligibility criteria required for final selection was based on the merit achieved in 10+2.
