Remarks

My family has a rich history with the college and I'm a legacy here and at least three of every generation have studied here because of that my family and myself wanted me to do here but the real reason is because I wanted to study in a Christian institution which would help grow more in the Lord's teachings and develop a much better character

Course Curriculum Overview

The course work is very much to my liking it is much like US liberal arts colleges except a little bit more freedom in choosing what you want and there are so many ways to get oneself exposed to every kind of experiences and learning methods but I do hope that they will improve the internship opportunities that are there. The faculties vary in behaviour and teaching style from department to department; in my case, I had a good experience but there are few who are not worthy of working in such places.Dr T Robinson and Dr Sunil Varma of my department are amazing in both research and in teaching. The syllabus is updated every few years (3-4 years)

Placement Experience

3

The placement and job opportunities is not really something you look forward to in this college because very few get placed in the job they want but it differs from department to department. I don't know if any such start-ups are there but there are some famous alumni like Indra Nooyi. The entrepreneur cell is improving year by year.No famous alumni from when I studied and also the college does encourage us to always network with people whenever we have the opportunity.

College Events

4.5

This is what this college is known for culturals and other festivities are so many that each day we have something that's happening ; be it sports, competitions or even freshers parties everything is done very effectively and very few times do they fail in achieving their goal. Most of the culturals and competitions have a huge audience and participants; all the students will be involved in them in some way or the other.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is not upto the expectations and of course they are updating all of them slowly but the pace is really poor.Sports facilities is bad even my high school had better infrastructure and the WiFi is a joke because you are allowed only 200mb per month and I myself have hacked it so many times ; it is not really upto the mark but when you do use it it's very efficient in speed. The size of library is good and they add thousands of books every year the problem is that some of the old ones are not maintained properly and the lab is good not the best but way better than high school labs and good enough for research.

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.
