Delhi University was one of the best choices available. After not opting for Btech and still wanting to pursue CS I chose DU where only 3 colleges were offering BSc in CS (H). Because BSc was also thought to offer somewhat the same options and masters was a mandatory decision.

Our syllabus includes the theoretical aspects of Computer Science, less experiment (though labs are continuous) in a sense that it's not madoatory for a student to launch a project of their own but our syllabus does provide an option if students are interested to explore further by themselves (same goes for other professional courses). Teachers are devoting and spend time for student's interest if students are also willing and cooperating.

Varies with all courses. And depends on the availability of companies and students ratio. Startups were started but the success rate is not known. Almost more than 500 students apply every year from all courses for placements. And around 65% were selected as per the available data.

There are plenty of socities for the students to expand their knowledge and to learn more, either for the groovement of personalilty and exposure or for an extra activity to spend time along. Technical socities may not be so, but there are in total 7 computer labs open to students of the concerned fields. And library also offers computer access and to magazines and other resources. Fests are organised once a year but it's actually like a festive season for all. Meanwhile there are other events organized throughout the college either as seminars, informative events, entertainment events, various activities open to all, farewell, freshers, society events etc.

College offers merit scholarship as well as means based scholarship for students. Encourage students to participate in academic by awarding the students annually.

Wifi is available but speed at spots may vary from very fine to very poor. Sports facilities are there but mostly for the students who are interested in ECA. Labs are equipped with all jinda of instruments but not be exactly up to the date. Library offers students great opportunities and is truly a place to enjoy studies (if not occupied on a rare busy day).
