i went to the college with my parents and liked the campus before all that we searched for good colleges near to my state kerala along with good prospects and jct was perfect for us. we also considered the previous year academic placements and salaries. Jct was a college in its early years and it was appreciable for such a new college to provide a high level of education and other activities for futuristic youth like me

The syllabus for my engineering degree was provided by Anna University standards and it was updated to an extend but considering the wider views of other foreign universities around the world, my university syllabus was not comparable in any ways same as any other indian universities. We had lots of lab works and even projects along with seminars which provided practical exposures of what we had studied in our theory classes. We also had internships in various industries related to our field of study such as production and manufacturing industries around kerala as well as tamil nadu.

no internship. I was placed in a company just after i completed my college

we had a nice placement experience altogether. various tech giants such as amazon, ibm, google had visited our campus. i had attended an interview with Asahi india Ltd and it was a wonderful experience. It consisted of 7 stages and it was hard to pass. we had written exams for english language, critical thinking, mathematics and physics. there was Group discussion and psychometric tests. I managed to reach 6th stage of selection but failed to proceed further. Our Alumni is good at keeping us updated about the latest placements available and our placement cell helped a lot in securing a good job.

We had conducted many department functions including separate department days function and events along with tech fests and seminars with paper presentations and games related to our field of study. we also had onam, christmas, holy etc celebrations along with inter college cultural events and quiz competitions

My college campus had all the infrastructure and departments typically found in any other top colleges such as libraries with computers connected to internet which can be used by students any time they wanted. My mechanical department labs and electronics labs were fully functional with all necessary machines which could be used individually under supervision of our professors.

i didn't opt for hostel facility provided by my college because i along with my friends had planned to stay near to our college in a separate pg facility. We had to pay monthly rents excluding food and electricity. We had to cook and eat our food
