Remarks

Through net Our college provide best library there we can get any book of our requirements. In our college campus is totally free wifi zone and of a big campus. Our college premises are totally cleaned and well maintained with good teachers and well maintained canteen

Course Curriculum Overview

Each year there are 2 Internal Exams arranged for the students. Then 2 Semester exams, even and odd. Teachers take suprise tests often too to check the condition of the students. At the end of each semester, almost all the syllabus bare covered with notes and good process and notes all provided on time helpful for exam. It is almost same and equal as compared to the other colleges, it is not expensive. The fees are feasible as far as engineering colleges concerned. They give time for the parents well enough to submit their respective fees on time. For the students who have good marks and does not belong to a middle class family,and having some money problems. There is help for them too.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 42000 per year

Placement Experience

We have good placement cell in our college. Many companies are invited to interact with the college. A large number of students are placed and almost 90% are being placed with good salary packages. Especially the Hods and the placement cell work hard for us. Famous companies like TCS, CTS, WIPRO, ACCENTURE, INFOSYS,CAPGEMINI, AMAZON, BYJU'S come to our college for placements.

College Events

For the freshers we have Two days freshers welcome program presented by our cultural club culrav known as "Fresher,s".and annually the college organizes a cultural fest "Flames" and a Tech fest "Phoenix" and also a sports fest "Vibgyor ".In Flames we notice gathering of colleges all over the jai hind auditorium and number of colleges participate in four day fest, and the last day of Flames a celebrity is welcomed every year. Leaving all these we have technical as welk as cultural activities throughout the year through different club

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

FIEM - The Nooks and Corners !

There were few colleges I applied to based on my WBJEE ranks . There was St. thomas college, techno college , heritage , msit and many more . If you know the way of how WBJEE admissions work , you will know we need to give a list of college and they would choose according to our preference and rank . Now according to that , I got this college . Well, if telling why I didn't get applied in other colleges which were much better it was due to my WBJEE rank , which was not that upto mark . Talking about the admission process , its just following the process of WBJEE admissions and on admission day providig the necessary documents needed by the college which will be informed ( or maybe we need to know) . If we talking about cut offs it changes every year so we need to look after it from previous years' cut off list . Also , you need to have atleast a good percent in both ICSE and ISC for admission....Read More
