Remarks
Here I point out some good facts about my college ---- 1. There is a small fees in a year. Dinanandhu Andrew's college also famous for Adda where u will not find that any of the kolkata colleges. The conations as metro connectivity, road connectivity helps me to reach the college from various parts. Free wifi, 24 hrs cold water, gymnasium available here, faculty of lab and the teachers behavior is also good, according to all these reason I choose the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
The college provides each under graduates with enough liabilities to cover it's course structure in a technical way, not as great as Xavier's but hey you pay only 5000/year considering that the infrastructure and faculties that we get access to is pretty great. Environment is peaceful. Teachers take classes on regular basis, u can attend it or not your choice, I can personally assume that it is one of the best Institute of kolkata and has been proved so in NAAC ranking as well.
Placement Experience
The placement senario is not bad in software and core companies of respective departments, You can get immerse scope of research and at the some time all round development, but huge number of students go for higher study in Jadavpur university, Calcutta university to continue learning and research.
College Events
I know that this seems undemocratic to give this advice but It is the most important thing that you need to take into account once you join DAC, Make friends with seniors who you will find as a good person this will not only make you have a good and trustable friend in the college but also helps you to get out of the bullying people. There is no memorial hall, Nazrul Manch is the venue for the fest which is organized by the college union per year. This is all from my experience at DAC.
