Remarks

This is a very good engineering college in this locality. This stream is extremely scoring. So I opted for this stream in this College. They are having really good faculty members who are very helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

This college follows the latest syllabus under MAKAUT University. MOOCs courses and other online courses are taken for increasing credit points. Several industrial programs are taken for better development of future engineers. Faculty members are always there to help each and every student. They are very helpful.

Many students are placed in reputed companies from the college. They are having a good salary package. Some are even placed in abroad.

Once a year a big technical and cultural fest takes place for 2days. Other than that foundation program celebration for 2days, Teacher's day, sports every year, fresher's welcome programs in college and hostel as well, friendly atmosphere in hostel, peaceful place.

Campus Life

Sports grounds are there, every year sports programs are held, free Wi-Fi in hostel, huge library, modern and we'll equipped labs, large seminar hall, large audio visual lab room for helding meetings or taking classes, computer labs with latest updates windows version.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
