Everything that MCC is the reason I chose this college. Its history, environment, the events, the experience that people get while studying there, the faculties, facilities, fee structure, the courses available, etc.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am okay with what is covered in the syllabus. Mostly it covers what is needed and it is also getting updated accordingly. we also get materials available in our library and also online. Faculties are actually great and they have a very broad knowledge in politics n the government. I especially like Dr. Hariharan and Dr.Hanns J Freddy
Placement Experience
I don't have a correct knowledge of that. May be i should get to know more. But what i knew is that we can apply for placements in our 5th semester and the further steps are meaning guided for the college
College Events
MCC can be best example for all the events and other activities. The college starts in the month of June and from July, the events and the celebrations starts. College auditions, Football match, all 6 hall events that includes Games, theatre, DJ,etc. then comes Arora, the feast for women. DEEPWOODS, The culturals of the woods happens in the month of January or February and again we have christmas and hall day celebration for all the 6 residential halls in MCC.
Campus Life
It is a very peaceful environment with lots of bushes, shrubs and trees. U can experience this kind of environment in chennai only at MCC. We have a very large play ground called the Pavilion and we also have a huge library with wifi. All the science departments have their own labs with needed equipments.
Hostel Facilities
There are 3 residential hostels for boy and girls each. here hostels are called Halls and certain traditions are followed here from ages and one should one and get involved in those. The food and the other residential facilities are better than other colleges in chennai
