College location and atmosphere was very nice. At the time of my joining there were a very good faculties and this was also the reason. In the year 2017 2 students were also placed in Amazon with 25LPA marking the highest package of the college.

Course curriculum is mostly outdated and barely a few new subjects have been introduced. There's no industrial exposure. The college will ask for industrial tour money. please do not consider as a time where you will be learning anything. Its purely for entertainment (and this was the best:)). Faculties are very supportive. You can reach out to them any time and they are always ready to help out students. Besides this ( the only good quality) the management is very poor. No notice or information is circulated to the students. There's always chaos for information among the students.

There are a plenty of job opportunities offered in the final year. But students are not familiar with the pattern and are not trained accordingly. Students who study by themselves and not rely on college have been able to secure 20 LPA package.

There's an annual event named Youthopia which is the festival for DITians. There are a lot of activities during this time. Its generally a 3 day event where on the 3rd day we have start night where many famous singers come. There are also many technical events as well in Youthopia. If you are a sports person then there's a event for you as well. SPHURTI. There are many clubs which organize various events throughout the year.

Students having 95 or more in 12 are eligible for scholarships in tuition fee. To continue your scholarship further you need to have SGPA of 8.5 or above in every semester.

Campus infrastructure is very nice. The labs are well equipped and have a great facility of wi-fi. The library contains maximum books that you would need in your course. Besides if you want to read something fictional it is hard that you will find here. The cafeteria is the best part where you can hangout with your friends and there's a lot of space there so you can also work there.

I opted for Girls hostel and it is fabulous. The infrastructure is awesome. Cleaning is regular for washrooms. You can get your room done in weekends. There's a continuous facility of high speed wi-fi. Electricity cut off is very rare and it gets backed up in nearly 15-20 seconds. You never have to wait long enough for electricity backup. Mess food is also good. Quality is good and sometimes you can get food better than most of the restaurants. There's no repetition of food. You will also be provided with laundry facility. All these perks are given if you are eligible for hostel accommodation. You can check the eligibility criteria on DIT's website.
