Course Curriculum Overview
The campus interview process the IEM provides is awesome. I can Still remember so many companies like Wipro, CTS, TCS and Infosys were visiting the college for recruitment. I have cleared the interview process of Infosys. The guidance provided by the college campus placement cell was truly remarkable.

College Events
Many events like exhibition, industrial training were pretty regular. I can still remember that we had to give presentations on cutting edge latest technologies to external visitors and delegates. That experience still helps me. We participated vocational training in top notch facilities across India.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee Structure was standard with any private engineering college across WB. Per semester fedd was 15600 INR. I guess that was pretty standard at that time. There were no hidden cost of charge. All the fess and charges were aligned with the norms of UGC.
Fees and Financial Aid
College has some scholarship schemes but unfortunately my results in 10th and 12th standard as well as my financial condition did NOT match the criteria
Campus Life
We have 3 campus buildings. One for engineering, one for management and another is the main building. We have cafeteria, labs, gym, TT board etc. Campus life is pretty good and there were a lot of encouragement for extra curricular activities like signing, dancing, acting etc.
Hostel Facilities
I have not opted for hostel room. Students who were from a distant can avail the hostel facility. Our college is having separate hostel for boys and girls which are pretty close to college main campus.
Alumni/Alumna
Very helpful being a alumni. I do my part to help my beloved college. We generally had yearly meeting with college authorities.
Admission
I have cleared WBJEE to get the admission in the college. I have ranked 525 to get Electronics and Communication Engineering in this college. Based upon the rank in WBJEE, this was the best course I was able to get after Jadavpur and Shibpur engineering colleges.
Faculty
All the faculty members were so experienced and knowledgeable. Our director Mr Satyajit Chakraborty was so helpful and motivating. He guided us to abide by the strict rules and regulation, that the college impose to make us industry ready and to be a better professional.
