Placement is really awesome. At the time of recession, cse placement was more than 100%. Usually all it companies like Microsoft, Facebook, d e shaw, amazon, oracle, Cisco, adobe, netapp, Goldman Sachs visits campus. Oracle and Cisco offers 8.5 lap. Amazon offers 10 LPA plus equity. De shaw offered 12 lpa. It ranges from 6.5 to 12.5 lpa.

Course structure is good but is quite old and should be revised. Few courses like computer networks are good and research focused. Sometimes there are extra subjects in each semester and a lot to study and understand.There are two cycle tests and one semester exam each semester. Semester exams are quite hactic. Apart from that cycle tests contribute 40% and assignments contribute 10% in total marks, rest all is Sen exams(50%).

Usually recruitment starts with registration and then online test follows by group discussion and then personal interview. Almost 90% of people are placed every year and the info regarding company is confidential and we cannot reveal them out.

It's 4.2 lakhs for two years.Fees are to be paid in semester pattern ie. twice a year.Yes the fee breakdown is highly transparent.It?s a government college so it?s quite feasible for everyone. Fee is divided into hostel fees and mess fees. In 2018-2020 hostel fees was around 30000 and mess fees was 10000 per semester. In final semester mess refund is given based on the number of days when students don?t eat in the respective mess.

No I didn't opt for it but the method to obtain those are In the branch of NIT Trichy, you can avail student loan.When you come to NIT Trichy for reporting, the branch people will be sitting in a separate room.You can apply for an account here and also get a student loan, which will just be by an application which you will have to fill on spot (Different applications for account and loan).Also, 2 - 3 other bank people will also appear and offer Student Loan. You can choose any of them by your convenience

College management is good and is always helpful. I would say it?s a good experience.Overall campus life is good. Students living outside for the first time have to be aware of a bit. We could see some discrimination based on areas and States. Gender ratio is 60:40. College has a lots of extra caricullar activity areas. There is a big lab where we could study and there is a huge badminton court, cricket playground, gym.

Yes I was in hostel.Mess and stay together cost almost 40000 for 6 months.There are separate mess for North Indian menu and South Indian menu, so we can choose whichever mess we prefer and also several other different cuisines are also available.

College Alumni is good. It always is very beneficial to keep in touch with Coll alumni and good faculty.

Through CAT exam, April of 2018The applicants will be short-listed based on the scores of CAT.
