Remarks
I choose this college because I wanted to do my engineering in ECE and this college had the best faculty in ECE department.Moreover the place where this college is situated is far from city pollution and crowd , it's a clean green environment there.I like the cleanliness and well maintained decorum of this college and the faculty here are very supportive and helpful throughout the journey of 4 years of engineering.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course syllabus was up to date , we were also provided enough industrial exposure in and outside of city . Faculties are very good , especially mousumi mam who is the hod of ECE department.Although our maths teacher Mr. Debashis Pradhan is a good teacher but his dressing sense is disgusting.
Placement Experience
Many software companies including TCS , Wipro , Accenture, Cognizant visits our college every year and offers job opportunities in mainly software development programs.Mainly written and then interview happens for selecting students.One famous startups by our batch mates is the T.R.A.P Band of Kolkata which is created by our batch mates and is rocking till date.
College Events
Technical fest , cultural fest all are celebrated in a grand fashion in our college.2 days for technical and 3 days for cultural fest . Many other colleges also come to participate in our events . Brands also come for sponsorship in our college.
Campus Life
Infrastructure is well maintained and big enough to hold any activity.Sports equipments are there , free WiFi is also available, although size of the library is small but contains enough books to fulfill your needs.Labs are decent enough with sufficient equipments.
Hostel Facilities
Although hostel facility is not available as of now but pg facility is available near college with affordable rate of around 2000-3000 minimum per person per month.With meals it would cost around 5000 per month.
