Remarks

I choose this College first of all. It has a very great Campus, which is a main attraction for most of the students and second thing the College is affiliated to MAKAUT, which is a very good University.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our college has one of the best and friendly faculty members, with whom our three years are good. Most of them have PhDs, and their way of teaching made the syllabus very easy. The course curriculum is designed in such a way that it makes the students job-ready after their graduation.

Placement Experience

Our college provides placements, and faculty members involved in our placement cells are also very helpful and caring so that we don't feel much burden. They nurture the students who are enrolled in the placement cell by guiding them towards their best interests. Members of the placement cell play a very important role in our college. Various companies like HDFC Bank, EY, KPMG, etc, visited our college for placements. The average salary package offered is around 1 LPA.

Managedia which is our Annual fest is organised by the students every year during the month of February in which many film stars and even famous singers and other artists are invited, for the main event of the Fest.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
