Remarks

I choose this college because the tuition fees is very low and affordable. The campus of the college is awesome. Almost 90 acres of area's campus. The staffs are very good. College is very reputed in the Barasat area.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very good. We get our study material free of cost. Academics are very good in the college. Teacher's give us transcripts of all classes. Their behaviour is very good. Also the course contains many mar and moocs activities.

Placements and job offers are good. Job offers like back office manager, junior sales manager, sales executive, supply chain manager etc posts are offered in the campusing. We get monthly mock interview classes etc. Salary package can raise up to 250000 rupees.

College Events

Campus life is good. We celebrate many cultural festivals like saraswati puja, diwali, holi. The college festival, annual function, sports, marathon race etc held in our college very spledidly. We all enjoy them together.

Campus infrastructure is fantastics. Good airconditioned library, airconditioned seminar hall etc available in our college. Our campus is full of garden. There are a very big playground with all amenities.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
