Remarks

The college is renowned and eminent in the Barasat Barackpore area. This college has a big campus area. And this is college very near to my just 8kms. And bus fare is just Rs. 11 rupees. So I choose the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is very modern and updated with top colleges. We get many coding language trainings. This course is affiliated by MAKAUT. We get all study materials and practice sets and primary text books at free of cost.

Placements and job offers like web developers and full stack javascript developer and salary starts from 1 lacs and end up to 3 lacs per annum. We get many mock interview session and many grooming classes to get preapre.

College Events

Campus life is fantastic, we celerate many cultural and ocassional festivals like diwali, holi, saraswati puja, etc. Many artist and music band came to our college fest and we enjoy and dance together It's too joyful.

Wifi facility is not available in our college. Campus infrastructure is good enough. We have airconditioned library and our seminar halls and classroom are new. Playground is available and it is spread over 20 acres of area.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
