Remarks

This college is very reputed college.And it is very close to my house. My teachers told me that this college is good for students who wants to do graduation in commerce. The professors are great and they help us whenever required.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculty are very helpful and friendly.So our academics have become so easy.With my experience,I can say our faculty are good in terms of teaching and also managing events. They are really friendly on that.

I don't know how much about the placement because I am in the 2nd semester.But some of our professors said that there are a lot of opportunities for placements.Some reputed industries visited our college and offered placements in the previous year.

Our campus life is very good. It is fully a girls college.There is no college union which make it a bit less troublesome comparing with other college always getting into union riots. Our college holds sports and annual fest every year on a big stadium ( both indoor and outdoor).

We have good WiFi connection in our campus.The class room are big with 180 students in each section in B.Com honours, we have 3 sections in B.Com.There are two libraries. The college doesn't provide any hostel.The canteen is pretty good, offers veg and non-veg both.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Moderate College Life.

After HS I applied many colleges but I didn't got chance at the top notch colleges as they damand more marks than I got. After trying so many colleges I finally got admitted to this college.
