Anonymous's Review On Jansons Institute Of Technology - [JIT], Coimbatore

First of all I was interested to join Engineering course that too in computer science department. That time we got a call from our relative who is living in karumathampatti in coimbatore. Its the place wher our college too located. He Just asked us to visit that college once. So me and my parents get to go there. The staffs in jansons keep on guiding us from bus stand itself. We liked their approach very much. Then the first time i saw the college i was stunned for a minute whether its a college or any IT sectors. So our college infrastructure attracted me the most. And after get to know the placement records we concluded that jansons is good enough for my career to start on.

Our computer science and department have interships at industries like LUCID Technologies, Payoda Technologies, BSNL, ISRO, Bangalore, INFOSYS, Mahendra City, and some more. UG program of our department aims to train us in computer engineering skills with emphasis on design, application of computer hardware and software and inculcates job-oriented, value based education. The faculties of our college are well experienced and from research background. Our krishnapriya mam classes are the most liked one by me and my friends too.

Companies like TATA consultancy services,Cognizant, Infosys, Soliton, Lucid, Skava, Smart DV, iexceed,Payoda, Syntell, American Megatrends, Software Specialists, Precision Engineering, Shinelogics, KGiSL,Amazon india and many more from where our seniors got placed in. 320 years of cumulative experience. There is a separate cell for placements in on campus.

Some clubs like Programming club, Android club, Linux Club, Design Club and Computer society of India were we guys will actively participate. There are separate clubs for different departments. Some valued added programs like data analytics, python, PHP &MySQL, Android application development, c, c++ & java, Rtool(Big data), and Artificial intelligence are also concerned in our institute. There are department functions, events activities, cultural, farewell, management facilities and many more to specify about the non academic events in our college.

The library at our college acts as an avenue for us to take an educated detour into the world of engineering ideas. The library is so designed to cultivate and, an appreciation for peaceful self-learning. There is a equal importance for both academics and sports in our college. Many of our collegues and seniors achieved a lot in sports field. Wi-Fi will always be available for any reasearch purpose.

Our hostel is fully furnished hostel rooms with attached bathrooms and hot water facilities. 24 hours uninterrupted power supply, Wi-Fi facility is always available inside our campus, there is a wellness centre in our college,and health sevices - 24 hours medical assitance, Laundry facility, Indoor and Outdoor play grounds separately for boys and girls inside our hostel itself. There is gym inside our hostel for our health and fitness.
