Remarks

I chose this College because I want to do BBA, and this college is one of the best places when one can study. I have chosen this course because of the company's need, eligibility, and for further development.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers in our college were helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. They provided real-life examples by case studies and also assisted incorporating learning by inviting guest lecturers. The course was relevant, but I think that they should revise the course every three years so that the student can get real-life education.

Class Size: 48Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience

Almost 60% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Companies like HDFC, ICICI, JP Morgan Chase and a lot of other companies from different sectors visited our campus for placements. Mostly roles like sales, business development, customer executive, etc, were offered to students.

College Events

ILEAD College not only had an amazing academic experience but also one of the best cultural scenes. Every semester has around 6-8 events and around 10 seminars are conducted, there is also one seminars every week.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

1. Students generally get eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester of the M.Sc. course. 2. Deperments like Biotechnology,Botany,Zoology have placement support. 3. Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

Well, I didn't apply to any other colleges because it was not necessary and there are not many colleges in kolkata for interior designing, and that also this good.
