Remarks

This college is one of the best for this course in Pune. The campus, crowd, faculty, events is just the best. If any wants to do BSC, BCom or BA in Pune then this is college to be in.

Entrance Preview

There is no need of an entrance test. 12th Board Exams are more than enough. I scored 65%. It is a college of the MIT Institute that is why i chose this college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is pretty easy and to the point and very informative.The faculty also is very supportive, highly qualified and very informative also.

Internships Opportunities

The internship experince is also pretty nice. The general stipend offered during internship by Tech Mahindra is Rs 1.85 Lakh for 6 months. Wipro also offers a general stipend of Rs 2 lakh during internship which is held in Bangalore.

Placement Experience

The placements in our college are one of the best. Some of the companies which come for placements.

Fee Structure And Facilities

40k Maharashtra Students, 48.5k Out of Maharashtra Students, 1 Lakh Foreign Students. The fee structure is a little expensive than other colleges which offer the same course.

I don't know about any such scheme.

Campus Life

The campus life is great. The crowd is also very decent. The extracurricular activities are also vast.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is Semister Pattern conducted by the University of Pune. The exam are chilled out as there is AC in Computer Labs and Classrooms where the exams are conducted.

From 6 sem th students are eligible for campus placement, there were many companies which gave the placement in this college like eg infosys, biochroma, thakur polytechnic etcthe higesh package was about 11 lpa and average was about 5 lpa , about 80 percent students got the placements but my plan after getting the degree was to do masters

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

from 6th semester students are eligible for placement. multiple MNCs come for placements like deloitte, berger, reliance, ernst and young, etc. highest packasge is around 9 lakhs pa and median package is about 3.5 lakhs pa. maximum students who sit for placement gets placed. i will be pursuing masters degree after my bachleors.

The Campus Story : the lands of horror.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is an integrated MSc and the Institute is funded by the both university of Mumbai and the department of atomic energy. Student: teacher ratio is so much satisfactory, each professor knows each student. The professors are mainly visiting professors from IIT Bombay, barc, tifr etc institutes.
