The atmosphere is good. The college is well reputated. The surroundings and the area around the college was known. Offers variety of opportunities for extra curricular activities and it was among the colleges that offered Journalism and Mass Communication Honours Course.
Course Curriculum Overview
It offers variety of courses be it Journalism to English Honours to Hondi Honours etc. The college provides with a 3 year course for honours degree. The faculties are good. The teachers are good. They provide us with good notes, term papers and are quite friendly.
Placement Experience
The placements are good. We have a variety of placements coming up often from various fields. We also have seminars coming up related to the placements for the students to have some idea about them.
College Events
The campus life is amazing. Along with studies we also enjoy doing extra curricular activities. It provides Basketball, Rugby, Throwball, Cricket, Swimming, etc. We also have a college fest of our college Srijan every year where we invite a well known singer or an actor. The fest is a great success every year. We also have seminars for every course available. We also have Annual Function of our college. Then we have farewell which we celebrate for our last year seniors of our college.
Campus Life
Its good and well structured. It has a library well guarded and is very huge. It provides with all the books and can be issued for 10 days. The classrooms are big and all are air conditioned. There is a sports room also. A common room is also available for the students and gym facilities are also available. It also has a room for dance rehearsals and practices. The college is of a 5 storey building and has a great space. It also consists of physics, biology, chemistry labs. It also has a practical lab for Journalism course where apple computers have been put up. We also have a computer lab. Elevator is also available for the Faculties. The ground is quite big and a basketball court is also available. Rugby, Throwball, Cricket utensils are also available in the sports room. An auditorium is also there for the cultural activities to be held. Cafeteria is also available. A seminar hall is also there for hosting seminars or small events for limited people but the space is quite good. It also has an office room where queries related to college work are done.
