The life in this college is very Disciplined and the studies more focus into practical work and reputation of the college. Also, the college is very reputed in the maritime fraternity. The job after this course is mainly in ships which is thrilling which I like.
Course Curriculum Overview
The syllabus is very well made by the teaching authority. All the necessary theory and practical subjects are thoroughly mixed. The syllabus is not very huge for each semester. The curriculum is based on all the knowlegde needed while sailing on a ship.
Placement Experience
The placement cell of the college works very hard for the placement of students. Many big companies visits the campus every year to provide job.
College Events
There is a technical committe which looks after all the events to be held. Events and fests (Technical, cultural and sports ) are organised regularly by the working committee. Every year annual fest is orgainsed in which big celebrities also comes.
Campus Life
The infrastructure is good. All the hostels and academic buildings have wi-fi facility. Labs are well equipped with the apparatuses and tools. It also has a gym, a cricket ground, football ground, hockey field, basketball, volleyball and badminton court.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel is good with big spacious rooms and all the necessities (pure drinking water, good/healthy food, clean washrooms, wifi, tv room, study room, etc.). There are total of 4 hostels (for cadets of each year) and a seperate girls hostel.
