Remarks

National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra was the best college I was getting with CSE branch. Its placement record in CSE is awesome and this is the reason why I joined this college. I like the CCN and clubs of the college very much.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus is designed with flexibility and has been divided into eight semesters in four years. The curriculum is updated with latest technology and discoveries. There is Internship for industrial exposure. The faculty members are highly qualified and I like them all

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 62500 per year

Placement Experience

Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Pharmeasy, Zomato etc visit the campus for recruitment. The placement of the college is outstanding and the highest package offered is 40 lakh per annum. There is T&P cell to look after the placement activities. Not much is known to me about alumni because I am new there.

College Events

There are many fests and events celebrated in NIT Kurukshetra but Techspardha and Confluence are the biggest ones. Students from all over the India from different colleges and universities participate in them in huge numbers.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards you'll be eligible for campus placements. Many companies visits are college such as adobe, nippo, airtel etc.. Avg package is around 6lpa Almost 70-85% are getting placements.

I hot admission in the college on the basis of 12th percentage. One needs to get atleast aggregate 50% to be eligible for applying and after that one needs to go through several interview rounds.

I chose this college due to its ranking and the overall atmosphere of the college and also the reviews or various alumni who are in good positions today. I did apply to other NITs like NIT Bhopal, NiT Surat, NIT Allahabad and others but didn't get confirmation of admission due to rank factor and spot rounds. Due to this I didn't secure admission in other colleges. Nit kkr: one of the best nit in North India
