Remarks

I choose the college because the college is very eminent as per tuition fees and good education. College has good campus, which is 80 acres spread. College is very close to my home and bus fare is just 8 rupees to go college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is awesome and very updated. Teachers are very friendly and all teachers are very experienced. It is a government undertaking college so its syllabus is also very updated. So I choose the college.

Class Size: 78Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Placement Experience

In college we got grooming and skill development classes from 1st sem. Our placements are average. Placements are available only if you struggle. Salary can raise up to 3.5 lacs p. a. I got a package of 2.6 lacs p. a.

College Events

Basant Utsav, Saraswati Puja. Fresher's Party, teacher's day celebration is well organised. Also so many function and programmes happens. Some of the extra curricular activities is good to me like sports, women's sports, marathon race, blood donation camp every year. It is amazing as per my opinion.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
