Narula institute of technology is an autonomous private engineering college in west bengal, agarpara. In our college infrastructure is good.And the senior are also friendly and helpful too.And teachers provide notes.

Course Curriculum Overview

All the faculties are good.Faculty members of our college are very helpful and qualified. Our teachers are highly knowledgeable. Their teaching style and the teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is very relevant. Teachers are friendly, and they make students industry-ready.

Class Size: 160Course Fees: INR 408000 per year

Placement Experience

Our campaign will start in August. In the previous record, around 80%-90% of the students got placed in many companies. Almost 20% of the students wanted to go for higher education. During the 4th year, our colleges arranged a good campus placement drive for students. Companies offered average salary packages ranging from 3 LPA to 7 LPA. Small scale companies offer a salary package of 1.8 LPA. Through multiple rounds of placements, gradually, the majority of students get placed.

College Events

At the technical fest, we had to display some innovative projects that grew an interest among us to innovate something new. Two types of fests are organised at our college. In cultural fest, our college conducts many types of educational games like games on electronics subjects, robot race and robot soccer. There were many project displays. There were many online games like PUBG and call of duty. Alumni meets were also associated here.

Campus Life

In our college computer room is very big and good. And wifi is available in our college. And in labs the equipments are available.Our college provides all the necessary facilities for students, and the infrastructure is very attractive. Our college provides facilities like a good laboratory, seminar halls, auditorium, playgrounds, and digital classrooms. The college provides 2 hostels for boys and 2 hostels for girls. Food served in the canteen is hygienic. The living spaces are clean with a green environment.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is quite good. In one room atleast two or three girls stay.If hostel seats are full then pg's are available. In hostel all are friendly and very helpful too.The quality of food is also quite good.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

The overall campus life and experience is good . Good infrastructure and very nice events.

I applied to scotting church and jis university also. I prefered this college as it is affordable with good reputation and is near my home . I achived 15000 rank in wbjee so according to my rank and location i choose this college. I visit some more colleges like techno india,brai ware univerty etc but at least all of my criteria matched in this college.
