Remarks

I considered two things about NIT Kurukshetra as a deciding factors. The first is its placement record and the second one is I was getting Electrical Engineering. I like the facilities like CCN, Sports complex and gymnasium of the college very much. I am fan of this NIT.

Course Curriculum Overview

The syllabus of the course is designed in a lucid and to-the-point manner. The curriculum us updated and has every thing needed. There are opportunities for getting industrial exposure through internships. The faculty members are expert and highly qualified in their domain of study. My favourite professor is Dr DP Singh sir.

Class Size: 140Course Fees: INR 62500 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Samsung, Airtel, Microsoft, Facebook, Google, all new startups like swiggy, Zomato, Pharmeasy etc visit the campus for recruitment. The highest package offered last year was 40 lakh per annum and the placement of all branches is more than good. The alumni of the college refers companies to recruit candidates. They are helpful and supportive.

College Events

The campus life is lively and we enjoy learning and living here. Ther are many fests among which Techspardha and Confluence are the biggest ones. These two attract participants from different colleges and regions of India.

Placement Experience:

So the students can sit for placements right after their completion of 6th semester. The Campus also invites a wide number of companies in the college for placements and a lot of students get placed. Although the placement is not too high.

Placement Experience:

From 6th semester onwards you'll be eligible for campus placements. Many companies visits are college such as adobe, nippo, airtel etc.. Avg package is around 6lpa Almost 70-85% are getting placements.

I hot admission in the college on the basis of 12th percentage. One needs to get atleast aggregate 50% to be eligible for applying and after that one needs to go through several interview rounds.

I chose this college due to its ranking and the overall atmosphere of the college and also the reviews or various alumni who are in good positions today. I did apply to other NITs like NIT Bhopal, NiT Surat, NIT Allahabad and others but didn't get confirmation of admission due to rank factor and spot rounds. Due to this I didn't secure admission in other colleges. Nit kkr: one of the best nit in North India
