Remarks

Best government agriculture university across in india and campus is very big, attractive and clean surrounded with trees all around. Also, university has good reputation in india that drove me to took admission in this university

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is well updated and well organised. Syllabus covered in single semester is much that leads to hectic classes schedule from 9 to 5 that become difficult to take out personal time from buzy schedule. Faculties are always ready to help

Class Size: 39Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are fair enough. Around 10 students from batch of 40 get placed some don't even prefer to sit for placements and go for msc or for agribusiness management

College Events

Campus life is pretty boring. Most of the students are from Uttrakhand itself so it become really difficult for students from different state to adjust. Many cultural events takes place which are very refreshing from normal busy schedule

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

I chose this course due to my own interest. This course is relevant enough to prepare the person to solve real-life applications and adapt thinkingness and knowledge. It would be helpful if they use visual content to teach it will be helpful. The frequency and timing of exams are perfect according to the level of the paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.

Admission:

The entrance exam is held on June 1 every year. IIMs .silly running. The test is for admission to all IIMs including IISK Shikesh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. After selection, you just have to visit college for filling the form.
