Remarks

University is well reputed in providing best agriculture education in india. Other than that the main factor that drove me to take admission to this university is that most of the students after graduation are given enough opportunities to go abroad for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview

Faculties are qualified and quite helpful but some exceptions are there. Course is well updated and good field experience is given but the industrial exposure is only provided in final semester. Semester can get hectic as 79% attendance is made mandatory

Placements are fair enough if you have good skills and good knowledge of subject of your intrest you'll be placed for sure. But majority of students not prefer to sit for placement but prepare for jirf and other competitive exams.

Campus life is quite simple and boring there's no big malls or restaurants to hang around in pantnagar or near. Life just restricts within campus. Different cultural events takes place which are organised by different societies. kisaan mela is also setup by university which enabling the visits of farmers from all around india.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course (BAMS) is very good and interesting. In initial days it is little bit difficult to understand the concepts but teachers explains very well that you will get the concepts as Ayurveda is a different & ancient science . You will get very much of written work No clinical postings and OPD postings. I think it should be implemented

IIT Roorkee is the best one can get on overall basis.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement starts in Semester 7 and 8 for can say, in the last of graduation. HUL,TCS, Microsoft,JP Morgan and many huge companies visit campus for placements. Highest pakage in placement goes around 1.5 crore annually to lowest pakage around 8 LPA. Companies mainly comes for SDE role. But apart that few comes for PM, Data Science, Consulting profiles as well.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course due to my own interest. This course is relevant enough to prepare the person to solve real-life applications and adapt thinkingness and knowledge. It would be helpful if they use visual content to teach it will be helpful. The frequency and timing of exams are perfect according to the level of the paper.

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I have seen students who have studied from here have achieved many things in life some of them became professors here. Some are doing work abroad. According to me something there should be a change like having more practicals if you have taken subjects like IT, cs,bca or any other practical subjects book knowledge is also compulsory but by doing practicals we can learn more easily. Exams are normal for 1st year but as you are going higher difficulties will come.

Admission:

The entrance exam is held on June 1 every year. IIMs .silly running. The test is for admission to all IIMs including IISK Shikesh, Delhi, Jodhpur, Bhopal, Jaipur and Bhubaneswar. After selection, you just have to visit college for filling the form.
