Remarks

Nice infrastructure, spacious, metro and bus connectivity, good teaching staff, extra curricular activities, sports, teacher to student ratio, library, regular class, NCC, NSS, good environment, fests, proper hygiene maintain, good and spacious library, finally cut off is not so high

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is completed before exams and students have sufficient time to revise the syllabus, faculties are good and take lectures according to time table.Projects are given to students and check regularly by teachers.The teachers remove all doubt and also give directions to the students for their bright future and students get satisfy with the teaching method.

In the final year of college company comes and give placements to the students according to their percentages in the previous semesters and what they have performed in the extracurricular activities in the college. All over personality and skills of a student is going to test and the students gets selected all clearing all rounds of hurdles is going to select by the placement cell

College Events

Campus life is fabulous. There are lots of extracurricular activities like sports, NCC, NSS etc. College have well campus with 11 acre of space. Regularly many cultural activities and fests are organised in well manner and have also many societies in the college of upbringing the mind set of students and engege them in extra curriculum activities and personality development.

Infrastructure is nice and have adequate space and have metro and bus connectivity, well equipped library with all books and have proper sitting space for reading, nice labs with all equipments and playground for playing sports activities with coach facilities also provided

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The course i am engaged is BA HONOURS ENGLISH in DAULAT RAM COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, the course offered is comprehensive, interesting and detailed. The faculty of English honours department is fully supportive of the students, the faculty members do not just give theory or bookish knowledge but also help us improve our communication in English language. We have studied many areas of literature within the course offered- ROMANTIC LITERATURE, EUROPEAN LITERATURE, INDIAN LITERATURE, AMERICAN LITERATURE, DALIT LITERATURE AND EVEN REGIONAL LITERATURE TRANSLATED IN ENGLISH. The teachers also continuously conduct tests and examinations for improving the academics of the students

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

I have applied for I have applied for few of the north campus colleges and few other colleges from the South campus. I got confirmed admission form DCAC. I chose it because I am a tabla player and music society is very good. The admissions are generally accepted to CUET UG examination.
