Remarks

Narula Institute of Technology is the top Private Engineering college in West Bengal. This college had a good reviews and to persue engineering in Computer Science, this college seemed ideal. The students have had a 100% placement. College offers a number of internship opportunities. Internships can be done on any and every subject.

Course Curriculum Overview

This college provides us with helpful faculty members and seniors and with all kinds of supports. Most of the professors of our college are highly experienced in their respective fields. They are highly educated and very much helpful and interactive with us.

Placement Experience

The college provides with 100% placements offers. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture, AIS Glass, Pinnacle, Tech Mahindra, Hcl visits our college for placements. About 80% of the students were placed. Many students get more than one job offers.

College Events

The management is always open to students and they try to help you in every way they can. Our games club, college library, language labs, classrooms, playgrounds, canteen all are very good. On-campus events play an important role in shaping the social and intellectual fabric of our College's campus. There are many events celebrated in our college every year. Kritanj is our Technical fest and Navodaya is our Cultural fest. Even Saraswati and Biswakarma puja are held in our college.

Campus Life

Our college provides all the necessary facilities for students and the infrastructure is very attractive. College provides us with well- equipped laboratories and library.It even provides facilities like seminar halls, auditorium, playgrounds and digital classrooms. Food served in the canteen is highly hygienic and fresh. They provide us with WIFI on campus and in hostels.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

The overall campus life and experience is good . Good infrastructure and very nice events.

I applied to scotting church and jis university also. I prefered this college as it is affordable with good reputation and is near my home . I achived 15000 rank in wbjee so according to my rank and location i choose this college. I visit some more colleges like techno india,brai ware univerty etc but at least all of my criteria matched in this college.
