Unforgettable experience of college life

I canﾒt imagine a better place to study statistics than at IIET. The faculty are fantastic with diverse interests on the cutting edge of the field. The environment is welcoming and congenial. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. The department genuinely wants every student to succeed. Whether they are interested in theoretical or applied research, academic or non-academic professions the faculty and staff treat everyone individually. I not only received first-class training at IIET but developed strong friendships with students and faculty. I am very proud to be a student of IIET.

I give AIEEE exam and by Counselling I get admission i select this college because it is good infrastructure and have good faculty compare to other college in jind area.

As the college new so there have not much placement but still there have number of companies come each year specially For if IT and CSE Student. As the college getting popular days by days these graph rapidly increasing. Many of my friends of was get placed in good company like tata and okaya. Mostly offer 15000-25000 for fresher candidate some of them also offer other allowances like resident and transport fee with the salary.

There have many events organized by college time to time some of them at state level. Extracurricular Activity of college Quiz Program Kabaddi Tournament Paper Presentation Blood Donation Campthere have a sports meet also organized by college each year at state level in which various team invited for sport tournament from each city popular college. Robot competition is my favorite from all in this all student try to prepare a good robot compare to other college student. Some other annual cultural and arts festival held in September.

The fee structure of this college is really feasible compare to other college in this area even some college in this area charge nearby double fee amount for same course in this college the max fees 35000 INR per semester for B.tech Student and 20000 for non technical student. Those student who avail the hostel and mess food facilities need to pay 3500 per month. The transport charges also good 300-600 INR according to Kilometer from the college.

All the scholarship given by college according to government guidelines but college also offer some other scholarship on the basis on 12th class marks percentage and AIEEE or IIT exam ranking. Unfortunately the college have no loan facility but there have some fees concession given by the college to the poor student who don't able to pay full fees.

In this college rule are not to make boundary and very less restriction all student have freedom to play what they want, share their idea and other things the Gender ratios is very good could say 40:60 girls:boys ratio i don't have any experience of hostel parties as i don't avail hostel parties but yes workshop is the biggest bullet point of college all workshop have well equipped with all machinery and there have number of workshop in college like sheet metal workshop lathe machine workshop etc. Labs also contain all modern instrument and other machinery. There have also a robotics labs and each year a robotics competition also organized by college in which student from nearby college participate with their bots.

Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are available close to the administrative block. Each hostel has a capacity of around 200 students. Each hostel has its own mess, a common room where residents can watch television and read magazine and newspapers and a visiting room where residents can receive their guests. In addition each hostel has its own computer room facility. All the hostel rooms are provided with an internet connection. Every hostel has a warden who is a faculty of the college and a caretaker. Hostels are in general self managed by students with the warden not interfering in the hostel affairs other than the clearing of bills and budget.

The senior student also well friendly and supported in college. There have very strict rule and committee about raging but i don't think seen anyone complained about any senior student. Senior student help junior in student and also play sports with them. I also have some good friends from my senior students who helps me many times.

Exam structure as per kuk university guideline sessional exam also conduct by college to improve performance of student in semester exam. This college have best labs and workshop compare to other college in this region. Workshop are well occupied all equipment and other machinery. The staff of labs and machine shop are well traided.

In this college has trained competent and highly dedicated faculty to be a faculty member you must have a master degree. The college Faculty is give more than giving lectures they all friendly and always help student whenever needed. The best part in my case i am student of mechanical branch so there have no girl in my branch so all teacher are very friendly in our case to be a student of this college you must passed 12th with at least 60% marks. Each department has its head and appointed faculty members. The faculty members deliver class lectures and serve as guides for student projects. Guest faculty and members of the academic community visit IIET to deliver lectures and courses.
