Aparna Chaudhary's Review On International Institute Of Information Technology - [I²IT], Pune

According to whole college staff members and other students management is very bad but as in last year on teacher's complaint the principal and Head of teacher had to resign so I hope the management is improving. And as bringing many hiring companies it provides optimum output. But if you are a good scorer in entrance exam so I would ask you to try for other better colleges.

I took AIEEE score 121 as this college AIR is 59th so I chose it. But actually that ranking was for PG courses so like me other students too got fooled cause according to CAP round 1 that time if among your first nine preferences gets selected you "have" too take admission and cannot apply for next CAP round. So I had no other choice.

Here in this college AICTE approved but it was in rumors for sometimes that it was not approved and fake in DNA news. It has Savitribai Phule Pune University and only provide three courses that are Electronics and telecommunication,Computer Science,Information Technology It has half of the faculty cool and awesome teachers even in HoD is a good teacher but some of them are just worst and fresher levels. Computer Science and IT faculty is much better and student friendly than electronics and telecommunication.

No our college do not provide any internship but last year PG course as it get closed last year used to provide paid internship. And UG course's first batch passed out this year that means it is recently established so which tells that it itself doesn't have anything to tell about experience. But due to college management internal contacts they are attracting many IT companies.

As this year the first batch passed out so not many placement companies visited nearly 10-12 including Bookmyshow,acculite,socraty,infosys. But as management have many internal contacts this year they attracted so many companies and hired much students than last year batch. The highest package hired this year was 11.5 lakhs by Acculite.

The Dhruva is the only fest celebrated which includes technical and cultural fest which is celebrated for five days as follows Theme day in which every single class themselves decide themes like ghosts,retro, thugs etc. traditional day means we all wear ethnics and traditional dresses. Technical fest. Sports day which goes on simultaneously all these days focuses much on football called ASKRA. DJ night and cultural fest. Cultural fest is for two days whose main attraction is Codename hallucination. As college does not get much sponsors so it is not much big but last year it was advertised on Season's mall main advertisement screen. And it's budget is not more than 60-70 thousands.

Fee strucuture as suggested by Shikshan shulk samiti which for general caste 96 thousand for first year in 2013. For OBC case it's half of it and SC,ST five thousand.

No other than Caste scholarship which gives OBC half tuition waiver and SC,ST full fee waiver other than that no scholarship is provided in college but have to open account in OBC( oriental bank of commerce) and five thousand will be added next year to it and by showing Below poverty line(BPL) certificate,you can have zero under TFWS( tuition fee waiver scheme) by government.

The gender ratio is nearly equal. Every new year and holi is celebrated and organised by students. Even most of the times weed party is held by hostel students togetherly all from first year to final year students on terraces. But it is not allowed. Students here are from very different places like from Kashmir,Delhi, Assam,Manipur,which shows the diversity in college. Other than that capus crew is very cool. You have one unused building to make out called "takshashila" but watch for security. Other than that there is no politics held here in college so no political environment.

Hostel is in campus and provides Wifi,mess charges included in hostel fees pest control,hot water only in morning as heated by solar. The hostel fees is 64 thousand and two thousand refundable included as caution money. The mess is worst otherwise everything is well and good.

As there was not such thing about alumni cause this is a recently established college and as the campus is strict about anti ragging so none of them ever ragged or molested. And if seen seniors are very friendly with juniors and everybody plays and stays together without considering any age or senior or junior.
