COEP is a popular college in Pune and is affiliated to Savitribai Phule University. The courses are accredited by NBA and the college also has a very good placement history in its courses offered. The college concentrates on technical fields as well as the ethos of a student, shaping them the best out of them.
Course Curriculum Overview
Courses are well maintained by the parent university SPU. The college focuses on course outcomes in the process of learning. Industrial exposure is pretty good here, students are taken to the manufacturers/companies and are exhibited the modern day technologies. The faculties are experienced, Prof. Puneet Sahu was the best faculty for our Logic Designs subject course.

Placement Experience
A number of companies, such as Bajaj, MasterCard, Infosys, Microsoft, Maruti Suzuki, Capgemini, Accenture, and more than 50 companies take part in placement drives. The college is noted for its Alumni holding a good share in the technical fields and in the country. The Alumni network is a huge one and never misses to motivate the students. Startups are being planned by my friends and might put to work when college reopens. The E-Cell's support is notable in the college for the arrangements that they make for the students to come up with great ideas.
College Events
Life in the campus will always be a good memory. Students from different backgrounds were there. A lot of fests, co-curricular and cultural programs used to be conducted. Zest is the mega Sports fest and MindSpark is a tech fest which are popularly known by in and around colleges too. The participation was a heavy one to note. Students eagerly took waited for these fests in the college the whole year.
Campus Life
The campus is large and classic. It has a big Library to refer books and issue for personal use. A large auditorium gives it an advantage for fests and programs to be conducted. A number of Labs according to depts. Hostels are very spacious and well managed by the management. The campus has a big football ground and basketball and a tennis courts. Green gardens fill the campus with beauty and comfort.
Hostel Facilities
I used to stay in a PG about 500 m from my campus which charged me 6000/month for double sharing with good facilities of maintenance, food and laundry. The average fees was 72000/annum with a security fee of 20000 (15000 refundable).
