Remarks

Because of Counseling,and had no other option left, as the college environment is also good so I choose that, few teachers are supportive and guide us well, except for academics,physical activities are also given importance which includes sports, NCC

Course Curriculum Overview

Well enough,minimum industrial exposure is provided,from IT dept most of the teachers are really very helpful and supportive,and are much concerned about our future.Once you start interacting you get to know more about how helpful they really are!

Not yet,as for now I am in second year,and am learning programming and increasing my skills

Not so good,not so bad,Capgemini, Congizant,Reshmi LTD,Extramarks,Byju's come for on-campus placement, else for more opportunities you need to apply for off-campus

College Events

Things are not as extraordinary as compared to IITs and NITs,but yes you will really enjoy tech fests specifically the robotics part, quiz,xpose, and gaming,around 500+ students participate in tech fests.

Government loan facility is available I guess,Bihar Board students have the loan facility from bihar government, as per my knowledge

Campus Life

Every thing is all right,the campus may be considered as bit smaller than other colleges, but sports,wifi academies, labs are well enough,library is big enough and has a large collection of different books

Hostel Facilities

Yes,Hostel is clean and airy,rooms are large enough to accommodate 4 people's, provide food 4times a day,as you know hostel food wont ever be that homie, well,once you start living their you will get habituated.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
