Remarks

Basically I have been attached to sports since my childhood days. Though I couldn't continue my game to further for personal reasons but I had a keen interest on knowing the backstage work which are performed to show the sports event live and this college teaches me such things and I want to become a good sports manager.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am loving my course and I am enjoying learning new things about it. The faculty here in this college is too good and they not only impart theoretical knowledge but also they provide practical experiences by sending their students in internships.

Course Fees: INR 350000 per year

Placement Experience

Since our college imaprts different management courses so diffrent feilds have different companies who comes for interveiwing the students and offering the jobs. If I talk about Sports Mangament ,companies like VPlay have visited for providing jobs to the freshers

College Events

Since our college is a management collge which provides different kinds of management degrees so it helds technical and cultural management festivals in which the students are given a task which they need to perform and the participation is also very good.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

1. Students generally get eligible for campus placements from the 3rd semester of the M.Sc. course. 2. Deperments like Biotechnology,Botany,Zoology have placement support. 3. Companies coming to campus like TCS,Wipro,Deloitte,Biocon,Pfizer. 4. Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
