Remarks
Best private engineering college in Kolkata. The college has a good placement record, is very strict in terms of discipline and mannerisms. The college provides innovation labs, international conferences, sports facilities, good faculty, 24_7 library facility throughout the year, great practical lab experiences, technical fests, and many more. I opted computer science and engineering as i had always liked the subject computer science back from my school days. I was also good in coding and enjoyed this subject more than anything.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course syllabus was not that update when i graduated but now a good selective subjects have been added which is awesome. Industrial exposure was provided but not to everyone. Faculties were great. They are very helpful and never hesitated to help with doubts and in offering any interships. I shouldn't be name any because such discrimination is not good.
Placement Experience
All sorts of companies visit our college during the placement season every year. St the end of the yearz the college takes the responsibility fhst every student is placed and if not then is enrolled to an internship in a company. Placement department provides ample opportunities to students to prove themselves and grab jobs. Many have their own startups.
College Events
Technical fests were the best. One could see al types of projects and innovative things made by the students. Everyone was open to participate and their ideas were always welcomed. Management fests were also decent and it was gooold to see other colleges participate and make it a big thing.
Campus Life
Sports was a part of our college just like academics. We were always told to participate in non-academic events and college also provided us with the infrastructure. Free Wifi was provided to all students. Library was open 24hrs for all days of the year including public holidays. It was one of the greatest assets of our college. Free wifi, computers, books, printers,etc. One could be there and study the whole night without any hesitation. Labs were also good. The lab assistants were well trained and helped us with our practice experience. Cse labs are fully air conditioned with ample space and computers for over 200 students. College also provided innovation labs for those who were interested in research.
