Because it had the subject physiology which I wanted to study and city college physiology department is good. Teachers are nice. The classroom are big. The college atmosphere is very friendly Physiology and zoology department is good. I like both the departments very much I still have fond memories of the departments. Whenever I enter City college I feel very happy I love my college city college very very much. I learned valuable and memorable teachings and life lessons as well from city college. City college will be in my heart forever.

Physiology department is very good. We had around 10 professors in our department.most of them are friendly and helpful. They were very encouraging to me which helped me to move forward when I needed it the most they were my strengths in my low times. The physiology department teachers are hard working trying to help students and they teach very well. They make the subject interesting. I will remember my department, teachers, friends forever. City college physiology department forever I will remember it has gave me so much valuable, fond memories.

City College Career and Counselling Cell. The basic objectives of the cell are threefold 1. To sensitized the students about opportunities, both in their pursuit of higher studies and in thair search for jobs 2. To groom them for the job market 3. Arranging for campus interview of final year students. A small beginning has already been made in respect of placement, as a few final year Commerce students, fresh Science graduates have received jobs offers from reputed companies.

Campus life was amazing. Every year college feast is held which is very fun and the annual sports. The moment I enter City College my mind becomes very happy as it is like my second home very happy, friendly atmosphere city college is. I feel very blessed and grateful that I experienced my college life in City College. I participated in my college feast which even now when I recall I laugh a lot it was so memorable fun. In my times of low it was my City College friends, teachers, the college environment which helped me to move forward. I feel very grateful and blessed to my campus life.

As the college is committed to all round development of students city college encourages sports activities both indoor and outdoor with special emphasis on cricket and football, organiges intra class cultural competitions and annual sports meet. City college have wifi connections. There are over 40, 000 books and 15 journals in the library. The library is a member of UGC N-LIST programme, through which the users can access full text per reviewed electronic journals of various disciplines. Broad Band Internet facilities are available for searching e-resources. The library provides OPAC(On-line Public Access Catalogue) service for searching books. Honours students in different subjects are offered special facilities for study through the 'Seminar Libraries ' attached to different departments under their respective Heads. The college has spacious laboratories for the different science departments. Besides, the Departments of commerce, Physics and Mathematics have separate Computer Labs.
