Because of This college (JIS College Of Engineering) has NAAC Credited, NBA, Nirf and Also this college is Autonomous and also this college is affliated by Makaut and the placement% of my college is around 80% and this is nearby my home

All faculties of my intuition are good and well educated and the academic study everything thing is good and new system of education given by college India's 1st flip learning intuition is my institute

The placement and job opportunities are more into my college all most reputed company and organisations coming college and giving us new opportunities and salary is too good on campusing and agreements are also too good as our requirement in this last year batch gotten more jobs around 80% I think everything is too good as looking forward for the future now our studing is online learning conducting

Very well of my campus life and and everything which is happening there is a magical and lessionfull for future and the discipline of my college is too strick but it's useful for us according to future

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I choose this college because this college was good in among all the average colleges in West Bengal leaving the top colleges. The placement is also good.
