Remarks

I choose the college because this is very eminent college in Barasat area. The college has very senior teachers team. In spite of low fees the college give placements. The fee is very low 1.2 lacs and it is affordable for my parents.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers are very helpful and some of are very friendly. Teachers are made study materials and pdf transcripts. You dont have to buy books. Syllabus is tough but this is very updated. This college is affiliated by MAKAUT.

Class Size: 42Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

We get job offers at digital marketing, data entry, receptionist, back office manager etc. Salary packages can raise up to 3.5 lacs per annum. I got offer in 5th sem at digital marketing sectors, junior level.

College Events

A marathon race named run for education held in our college in winter. The fees of the programme donated to thalasemia hospital. The college fest is alos organized very splendidly. We all partcipate in the fest.

Campus Life

Wifi facility is not available in our college but you get good library and campus infrastructure is good comapred to other college of same fees. We have free parking area where students can park their car, bike, cycle at free.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
