Remarks

I searched many colleges after my 12th exam and asked may teachers also. They suggested me that it is a good college for management subjects or BBA. It is also very close to my house. Finally I joined the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very good. Many updated topics are available like Value Ethics, Supply Chain, Managerial Economics are in the syllabus of the college. We get free pdf transcripts of all classes etc in our college.

Placement Experience

Placements are excellent if you attend all campusing and grooming sessions. Teachers are always train us to appear in interview. I got a offer of receptionist in TCS, salary is 1.7 lacs per month. It is not bad job as per me.

College Events

Campus life is amazing. We celebrate many festivals like saraswati puja, holi etc in our college campus. College oraganize a college fest which is 2 days long. many Tollywood or bengali actors came in our college.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
