Remarks

As being a science I needed a college near to my home so I had to choose this college. This was the first college I got on my cut-off list, so didn't waste my time and went for the college. It seemed a decent college.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty gets rude for no reason, only if the teachers knew how to speak proper English. Some of the teacher are helpful and polite too, the practicalsbare explained decently. The college isn't that bad.

I was in junior college, there weren't any placements. If I'd got my degree this would have been a valid question.

College Events

I have no idea about this. As being a science students never preferred getting involved in any college fest, curricular activities, wasn't in any society. So that's something I have no idea what that was like.

Campus Life

Well, there have been days when we had to walk 8 floors as the student lift was overcrowded and didn't work sometimes which would get us late for practicals, the classrooms were normal, were airy too. The library was one thing I liked about the college. The chemistry, physics and IT lab were well-equipped and good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Biotechnology because it is a multidisciplinary field. We get to study not only topics related to biotechnology but also biochemistry, bio physics, bio informatics, bio statistics, etc. Mostly everything that is essential for future exams is taught during the span of 3 years. The topics of the units are taught in depth but the questions asked during exams are comparatively easy as to what all we studied. The frequency of the exam is, 1 internal exam which consists of both mcqs and written exam, the semester exam for each semester and practical exams for each subject. If u have studied then you will be able to attempt the questions.

Placement Experience:

My college gives campus placement placement opportunities typically after 4th semester, which is the 2nd half of the 2nd year. As my college has a partnership with IBM so the standards of campus placement go right up as the placement depends on the curriculum performance of the student so can't really say much for this. If saying as a stalemate, getting a placement is basically confirmed if the student maintains his/her CGPA of 6-7, which shows the consistent of the student in their field.
