Remarks

This is very renowned college in Barasat area. This college has greatest best campus compared other college, it is almost 90 acres of area. Teachers and staffs are very strict. The tuition fees is very low just 1.2 lakhs total, where same type college's fees is 4-5 lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is very good. We get a good senior coding teacher. He give us daily transcripts of classes. All teachers are always help also in the lockdown session. They give us daily notes in whatsapp, zoom live classes and google meet classes etc.

Class Size: 36Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements and job opportunities are very good here. We get job opportunities from top MNCs like TCS, Webel. Posts like front end developer, android app developer, java junior developer, python developer etc offered here. Salary can raise up to 5 lakhs.

College Events

We organized many extracurricular activities ranna-bazi, women sports, football tournament, etc held in our college. Many artist and actor-actress came to our college in the fest and annual function. We all enjoy it.

Campus Life

Campus infrastructure is advanced. We have a green campus and neat and clean. We have good library fully air-conditioned with new books where also we can borrow books. The campus area 90 acres approx. This is very large rather than other campus private or govt.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Deperments with strong placement cells secure 10-15 offers per company, depending on batch size. 5. 8-10LPA Highest package offered by Leading companies and 4-5LPA Average package offered by companies. 6. 60-80% of students getting placements. i am interested in Ph.D. programs for research positions.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
