Remarks
The reason for preferring this college over others was that, PICT is ranked in the top five colleges in Maharashtra apart form that the placements and the locality drew my attention a lot. It's more that 70yrs of heritage is remarkable.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is really appreciable but the thing that lags is the mode of covering the syllabus, only theory doesn't work. Talking about the faculty in charge yes they are well knowledge about their domains also they guide us whenever required.
Placement Experience
PICT is really better known for it's placements hundreds of companies visit campus throughout the year and majority of the students get placed. The placement cell and the alumni network is really alert throughout the year.
College Events
The campus life is really very good, there are many opportunities offered to students from first year itself, many events are conducted many competitions including technical and non technical as well.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, as per the government scholarships are concerned they are followed but they aren't must profitable to open and OBC students. There are other scholarship options also from college side but their are long procedures for that.
Campus Life
The campus infrastructure is really very good. Well equipped in all domains whether sports or labs they are all updated from time to time whereas the wifi is really a big concern, it works but not that effeciently.
Hostel Facilities
Yes, I stay in an hostel. The hostel facilities are good but it has no mess, this problem can be easily managed as there are number of hotels and stalls at the outlets of college and most of the students have their both lunch and dinner their itself. The cleanliness aspect of hostel is good enough.
