Remarks

I chose this College because I wanted to become an Entrepreneur and I love the way of teaching in the college, and I also love the infrastructure of the College which is really good and I am in love with it.

Course Curriculum Overview

Some teachers here are really helpful, but the rest of the teachers are not qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is poor. The course curriculum is relevant, and it does not make students industry-ready. The quality of the assignments provided to us is not good.

Placement Experience

I don't know about the highest, lowest and average salaries offered. Right now Intel, Wipro, HP and Samsung are the top recruiters for our course. We get internships which we always do and we can also put into the start-up.

College Events

The college conducts an ample amount of events. There are nine student councils which organise various events. Also, the college fest named Srijan is organised once a year, and it is a grand event, with a decent crowd.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
