SASTRA Deemed to be University is one of the Top ranked university in tamilnadu. Very successful and had very good placement records. Good environment and exposure. Also I wanted to pursue in the feild of computer engineering, and I got my required btech seat as expected. Good hostel facilities and security for girls. Girls safety is ensured and taken care well. We have Good faculties and friendly students. If you have any problem, the response to solve the problem wil be very quick. If you have any idea regarding any feild, faculties are ready to help and guides you in a good and the best path. Overall it is a very good college for achievers.
Course Curriculum Overview
Always very updated. Students life and placements are given first priority. Faculties are both good and bad, but we can't blame it. But we have got lot of faculties who work good and help students.
Placement Experience
Sastra gives much importance to placements, and many companies show up and almost everyone who sits for placements get selected(as said by our seniors) my placements are not yet started, but as seniors say many companies come and almost everyone gets selected
College Events
KS, Daksh, carpedium, utsav and other departments events wil be conducted every year. The only thing they want is good cgpa without arrears to take part in these activities. Dancing, singing, comparing, miming, acting, photography, entrepreneur cell, creative writing, development student club, and lot more. You name it, we have it. Its more fun and this is how we make friends with seniors and connect that bond.
